Data Deletion

This page explains how to have data deleted that our platforms received from Meta Platforms, Inc. through Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. It applies to Foyer, Tuma SMS and PropFlow, which appear on Facebook as Nei Shot App. Our Privacy Policy explains what we receive and why.

If you are a business using our platform

1. Disconnect your Page

• Sign in to Foyer and open Settings, Channels.
• Find your Facebook or Instagram channel and choose Remove.

This stops your Page's messages and comments reaching us, and erases the access token we held for your Page straight away.

2. Remove the app from Facebook

• On Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
• Go to Business integrations.
• Select Nei Shot App and choose Remove.

3. Delete the conversations already stored

Disconnecting stops new data arriving but keeps the conversations already in your inbox, so your team does not lose its history by accident. To have them deleted, email hello@neishot.com from the address on your account, naming your workspace and the Page. We delete them within 30 days and confirm by email. When a workspace closes, its conversations are deleted within 30 days of the subscription ending, as set out in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.

If you messaged or commented on a business that uses our platform

The business you wrote to decides what happens to its conversations, so you can ask it directly. You can also ask us:

• Email hello@neishot.com with the subject Data deletion request.
• Tell us the name of the business, your name or username on Facebook or Instagram, and roughly when you wrote.

We will find the messages and comments you sent through our platform, delete them together with the details we hold about you, let the business know, and confirm to you by email within 30 days. We may ask a question to confirm the conversation is yours before we delete it.

Deleting your data from our platform does not delete it from Facebook or Instagram. A comment you posted publicly stays on Facebook until you or the Page delete it there.

Backups

Deleted data can remain in encrypted backups for up to 35 days, until those backups are replaced. It is not used or restored during that time.
