StayCore runs the bookings and the front desk for lodges, guesthouses, hotels, Airbnb hosts and property managers in Namibia. It is an app on your phone, tablet or computer that keeps a copy of your bookings on the device, so the desk keeps working when the signal drops and everything syncs when it comes back.
Guests pay deposits by payment link straight into your own payment gateway, and StayCore never holds the money. Quotes and holds go out on WhatsApp, your rooms stay in step with the booking sites, and the 2% tourism levy and the NTB return are prepared as you go. Tour operators join the Operator Exchange for free to see your live rooms and hold them for their clients.

The Operator Exchange puts your availability in front of the tour operators you approve. They hold rooms in a few taps, and holds that are not confirmed in time come back to you by themselves.

Yes. StayCore installs as an app on your phone, tablet or computer and keeps working offline. Bookings, check-ins, cash and EFT payments and housekeeping are saved on the device and sent when the connection comes back.
You do. Deposits are paid by payment link straight into your own merchant account through your own payment gateway. StayCore never holds guest money and never stores card numbers.
StayCore keeps your rooms, rates and rules in step with Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and Agoda, so a room sold at the desk closes on the sites.
N$89 a month for each room or unit, never less than N$199 or more than N$1,490 a property, excluding VAT. Live channel sync, payment links, the offline desk and the NTB returns are all in that price. Two optional add-ons cost extra: the WhatsApp Inbox (N$150 a month plus WhatsApp's own fees) and Property Manager for owners' units (N$75 a unit). The first 30 days are free, and tour operators use the Exchange for free.
