Delivery Policy
How we ship goods and deliver digital products
This Delivery Policy explains how Nei Shot WebX Solutions delivers goods and digital products purchased from any of its platforms. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and works alongside our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
1. Which products this covers
- BookLovers Namibia: physical and digital books purchased through booklovers-namibia.com.
- Other platforms (Tuma SMS, Nei Card, eVoting, Securi, LendCore, PropFlow): software services delivered electronically. See Section 5.
2. Physical book delivery (BookLovers Namibia)
2.1 Delivery areas
- We currently deliver to addresses within Namibia.
- International shipping is available on request and quoted per order. Email hello@neishot.com with the destination before placing the order.
2.2 Order processing time
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched.
2.3 Delivery times and fees
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the destination and chosen shipping method.

Final delivery fees and timelines are confirmed at checkout based on the actual cart weight and destination.
2.4 Tracking and delivery confirmation
- Where the courier provides tracking, the tracking reference is included in the dispatch email.
- Proof of delivery (signature or photograph) is captured by the courier where applicable.
- If you have not received your order within the estimated time, contact us at hello@neishot.com with your order number and we will follow up with the courier.
2.5 Risk of loss and damage in transit
- Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery to the address provided at checkout.
- If the parcel arrives damaged, refuse delivery where possible, photograph the damage, and email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can claim with the courier and arrange replacement or refund.
- Lost or undelivered parcels: notify us within 10 business days of the dispatch date and we will trace and replace where the courier confirms loss.
2.6 Wrong or undeliverable address
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and reachable delivery address at checkout.
- If a parcel is returned to us because the address is wrong, the recipient is unreachable, or the parcel goes unclaimed, we will refund the cost of the goods less the original delivery fee and any return shipping cost charged by the courier.
2.7 Cash on delivery and collection
- We do not currently support cash on delivery. Payment is required at checkout.
- Where available, in-person collection from a designated point in Windhoek may be offered at no charge. Look out for the collection option at checkout.
3. Digital book delivery (BookLovers Namibia)
- Digital books are delivered electronically once payment is confirmed.
- Access is granted in your BookLovers reader library, typically within minutes. The download or read-online link is also emailed to the address on your account.
- If you do not see your purchase in the reader within 30 minutes, refresh the library page and check your email spam folder. Contact hello@neishot.com with your order number if the issue persists.
- Digital books are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except in cases of faulty or wrong files (see our Refund Policy).
4. Returns of physical books
Returns are governed by Section 6 of our Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Within 7 days of delivery, in original, unused, resalable condition.
- Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Defective or incorrect items: replacement or full refund (including delivery) at the customer's election. Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
5. Delivery of software services
Tuma SMS, Nei Card, eVoting, Securi, LendCore, and PropFlow are delivered as web-based services. There is no physical shipping. After payment:
- Subscriptions (Tuma SMS, LendCore, PropFlow): account access is provisioned within minutes of confirmed payment. Login details are sent to the email on the account.
- Event services (eVoting): setup begins within 1 business day of confirmed payment, with election configuration completed in advance of the agreed go-live date.
- Institutional services (Nei Card, Securi): provisioning timelines are governed by the signed implementation agreement with the institution or regulator.
6. Public holidays and disruptions
- Namibian public holidays may add 1 business day to processing and delivery times.
- In the event of significant courier disruption, severe weather, or force majeure events, delivery times may be longer than indicated. We will keep you informed by email where possible.
